Order Status and Tracking

How can I check the status of my order?
Log into your account and go to ORDER STATUS. You will need to have your order number available to check the status.  Note: An automatic email is sent upon purchase

1.) To confirm receipt of your order
2.) to confirm shipment of your order

How do I get the tracking number once my order is shipped?
You will receive an Email stating your order number, contents of the shipment and the tracking number upon completion of processing and shipment. At this point, you will be able to easily check the status of your order with the appropriate shipper, UPS.

How do I know that my information will be kept secure and confidential?
Panrita  Inc. has a SSL (secure socket layer) which authenticates the identity of a website and then encrypts and transmits your information through a secure channel. When making purchases on our site you will notice a lock in the address bar of your browser this indicates that a secure channel has been established and 128 bit encryption will take place on your information.

Will you share my e-mail address?
Panrita Inc. is committed to respecting  your privacy and the security of your personal information. We will only use the personal information that is provided to us for the process of your request. When you provide us your email address, we will send you emails related to processing your order or to respond to a request. For example, after you place an order at, you will receive an email confirmation and, in most cases, an email with package tracking information. We will not share your personal information including email address with any other companies.

Do you keep my credit card information on file?
If you choose to save your credit card information within your profile for further purchases, it is stored in only one location with 128 bit encryption, so you can rest assured that your information is safe.

What if items arrive damage?

Shipments are insured and any damages or defective merchandise will be replaced with no additional shipping charges to your account.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in West Palm Beach, Florida

When will my order ship?
Orders ship Monday-Friday within 24 hours of your payment being processed. If you place an order on Friday evening, your card will be charged and the order will ship by the following Tuesday.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Merchandise ordered from is shipped only within the 50 United States.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via UPS Ground & Air, whichever offers the best rate and transit time to your location. For expedited orders, we offer NEXT Day and 2nd Day options.

How much will it cost?
Shipping charges are based on the dollar value of your order and the shipping option that you select.

What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges, due to manufacturing errors or product defect, are handled by returning the original merchandise and replacing it with a new order.
